Winter Football Training Program
Program Begins Dec. 2nd – Mar. 26th
Phase 1: Dec. 2nd – 31st, 2 Days a week Monday,Wednesday @6pm
This Phase of the program will be two sessions a week, the focus will be conditioning mobility and movement prep. Phase 1 will prepare your body for the demands of the offseason and help with injury prevention.
Phase 2: Jan. 1st – Mar. 26th 3 Days a week Monday, Tuesday and Thursday @6pm
Phase 2 of the program will be 3 days a week. Focusing on developing speed, agility, strength and power so you can excel of the football field
Location: Platoon FX, 1351 Aviation Park NE
This program is designed to prepare you for the midget football season, senior bowl tryouts and any graduating players who plan on attending post secondary spring camps.
Price : $500 (45 session @$11per session, payment plans available upon request)
Training in a group can give you that extra little motivational or support push you need to excel. Lance will guide your group to maximize individual results in a team setting.
