I Just moved to Calgary and was looking for a trainer who knew how to train athletes. That's when I met Lance. Through a year of general strength and sport specific training, agility , mobility and cardio. Lance helped me elevate my game to a level where I could compete at the university and collegiate level. With his extensive background in athletics he was able to identify what I needed for each session, paying attention to injuries, energy level and mobility concerns, which are largely overlooked with most trainers

I recently joined Lance and Ian's workouts so i could compete to the best of my abilities in my sport. It was most definitely the hardest training i have ever done but in just two short weeks i saw a huge improvement in my physical abilities and I had gotten more confident with my game. I went from being afraid to to use my body and vertical to my advantage to mainly using it and producing better on the court. Working with Lance and Ian has been great. It's hard work but fun at the same time. If you are an athlete hoping to develop a strong attitude and to excel at your sport, this is the place to be as long as you stay committed and work hard.
